Work With Us

Join the Trinity family
A values led, relational and ambitious school where pupils and staff are known, valued and encouraged to grow.
Trinity Church of England School, Lewisham is an all through school where pupils and staff are known, valued and encouraged to grow.
We educate pupils from Reception to Year 11 across our Primary and Secondary phases. This gives staff the opportunity to be part of a distinctive school journey, helping children build confidence, character, knowledge and ambition over time.
Our vision is rooted in “life in all its fullness” (John 10:10). This shapes the way we work with pupils, families and one another. We are a Church of England school, inclusive of pupils and staff from all faiths and none, and proud to serve a diverse local community.
Could you belong here? We welcome applications from people who share our commitment to pupils, community, inclusion and high expectations.
Why work at Trinity?
Working at Trinity means joining a warm, ambitious and values led school community.
Every role matters here. Whether you are teaching in the classroom, supporting pupils pastorally, working in administration, leading a team, maintaining the site, supporting families or helping the school run smoothly each day, your contribution helps pupils flourish.
Trinity is a school where relationships matter. Staff work together across the Primary and Secondary phases, sharing a commitment to high expectations, care, inclusion and the development of the whole child.
One school, one journey
As an all through school, Trinity offers a distinctive professional environment.
Staff can see how children grow from their earliest years through to GCSEs. This helps us think carefully about learning, transition, pastoral care, personal development and the long term journey of each pupil.
For teachers, support staff and leaders, this creates opportunities to work as part of a wider team, understand different stages of education and contribute to a school community that supports pupils over time.
Roles across Trinity
Trinity depends on a wide range of staff working together for pupils and families.
| Role area | How staff contribute |

A values led community
Our school life is shaped by three core values.
Learning community
We believe in high expectations, curiosity, effort and the development of each person’s gifts and talents. Staff are encouraged to keep learning, share practice and contribute to a culture where pupils can achieve well.
Loving family
We want Trinity to feel like a community where people are known, included and respected. Staff, pupils, families, governors, churches and local partners all contribute to the life of the Trinity family.
Living good lives
We encourage pupils and adults to serve others, act with courage, show kindness and make a positive difference in the wider world. Our work is rooted in purpose, service and care for the communities we belong to.
Professional growth
We want Trinity to be a place where staff can develop.
We value people who are reflective, committed and ambitious for the pupils they serve. Staff are encouraged to take responsibility, grow in confidence, share ideas and contribute to the future direction of the school.
Where possible, we look to recognise talent, support development and help staff take the next step in their professional journey.
A diverse and inclusive school
Trinity serves a richly diverse community across Lewisham and Greenwich. We value the different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives that pupils, families and staff bring to our school.
We welcome applications from people who share our commitment to inclusion, high expectations and the flourishing of every child.
We are keen for our staff team to reflect the diversity of the community we serve.
