Joining Trinity

Choose the right admissions route for your child, from starting Reception to joining Secondary or applying for a place during the school year.

Trinity Church of England School welcomes pupils from Reception to Year 11, with our main entry points at Reception and Year 7.

Some children begin their Trinity journey in Reception and continue through the school. Others join us in Year 7 from primary schools across the local area. Families may also apply for an in year place outside the normal admissions rounds.

Reception Admissions

Secondary Admissions

For families applying for a Year 7 place, our dedicated Secondary Admissions page explains the application process, visiting Trinity Secondary and how pupils are supported as they prepare for the move into Year 7.

In Year Admissions

In year admissions are for pupils looking to join Trinity outside the normal Reception or Year 7 admissions rounds.

Applications for in year places should be made through Lewisham Council. Families considering an in year place are also welcome to contact the school if they have questions about Trinity or would like to understand the next steps.

Admissions Policy and Supplementary Information Form

Families should read the current Admissions Policy carefully before applying.

Some applicants may also need to complete a Supplementary Information Form where applying under faith based admissions criteria. This form is separate from the local authority application and should be returned directly to the school.

Visit Trinity

Choosing a school is an important decision, and we encourage families to visit Trinity before applying where possible.
