    Work With Us

    Join the Trinity family

A values led, ambitious and inclusive school where every role contributes to helping pupils flourish.

Trinity Church of England School is an all through school, educating pupils from Reception to Year 11 across our Primary and Secondary phases.

Working at Trinity means becoming part of a community where relationships matter, expectations are high and staff across many different roles contribute to pupils’ learning, wellbeing and development.

Our Christian vision is rooted in “life in all its fullness” (John 10:10). We welcome applications from people of all faiths and none who share our commitment to pupils, inclusion, community and high expectations.

Could you belong here? We welcome applications from people who want to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people.

    Why work at Trinity?

    Every role matters at Trinity.

Whether you teach in the classroom, support pupils pastorally, work in administration, lead a team, maintain our buildings or help the school run smoothly each day, your contribution helps create the conditions in which pupils can thrive.

    One school, one journey

Our all through structure creates a distinctive professional environment.

Staff can see how children grow from their earliest years through to GCSEs, and work as part of a wider school community supporting learning, transition, pastoral care and personal development over time.

    Relationships matter

We want Trinity to be a community where people are known, included and respected.

Staff, pupils, families, governors, churches and local partners all contribute to the life of the school, and strong professional relationships help us work together effectively for pupils.

    Professional growth

We want Trinity to be a place where staff continue to learn and develop.

We value colleagues who are reflective, committed and ambitious for the pupils they serve. Staff are encouraged to share ideas, take responsibility, grow in confidence and contribute to the future direction of the school.

Where possible, we look to recognise talent, support development and help colleagues take the next step in their professional journey.

    A diverse and inclusive community

Trinity serves a diverse community across Lewisham and Greenwich.

We value the different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives that pupils, families and staff bring to school life, and we welcome applications from people who share our commitment to inclusion and the flourishing of every child.
