We carefully prepare our pupils for life beyond Trinity at 16, giving tailored and bespoke impartial advice and facilitating first-hand experiences so that pupils can make informed, confident choices about their next steps in life when the time comes. We truly believe this equips pupils in the best possible way to ensure they thrive and take advantage of opportunities available to them at post-16.

That’s why our careers programme is designed to guide pupils with clarity, confidence, and care. Whether you're considering sixth form, college, apprenticeships, or other pathways, we offer personalised advice, practical resources, and one-to-one support to help you explore your options and make informed decisions. Your future is full of possibilities—and we’re here to help you take the next step.

Since we ourselves do not have a Sixth Form, we are able to offer totally impartial advice, giving pupils bespoke guidance and support throughout the process of them deciding the direction of their post-16 study. We also have a full-time in-house careers advisor who, alongside the pastoral team, helps pupils through each step of the process. Every year we welcome 20+ colleges to come and advertise who they are and what they offer to our pupils. We ensure the selection of colleges represents a broad spectrum of post-16 opportunities covering apprenticeships, BTEC, Level 1, 2 and 3 courses and A-levels.  We also champion pupils to apply for scholarships to grammar and fee-paying schools, opening doors for pupils to give them the best chance to flourish and live life in all it's fullness.
