Careers Guidance - Secondary

Careers guidance is taken very seriously at Trinity. So much so that we have employed our own full-time on-site independent careers advisor.  Pupils receive group careers sessions in year 8 and one-to-one sessions in year 10. Pupils explore multiple different jobs and careers freely and are encouraged to think as broadly as their interests and passions take them. Having a careers' advisor on site full-time allows pupils to get to know, find more easily and receive a far more personalised and bespoke journey than many schools would be able to offer. Pupils feel a direct connection with their current situation and their options ahead as a result of knowing personally and building trust with their own career advisor. The career advisor is proactive and goes out of his way to help every individual, removing barriers, challenging pupils to think bigger and better and ensuring that every pupil can thrive.
